The microscopic pore structure of sandstone determines its macroscopic permeability. Based on computer tomography (CT) technology, CT scans were performed three different types structures, namely coarse sandstone, medium and fine sandstone. And the three-dimensional pores was reconstructed. Furthermore, based Navier–Stokes equations, fluid flow process in simulated, effective permeability obtained. By extracting from images, average porosity 16.43%, 12.03%, 11.64%, respectively. unconnected...

Complex propagation patterns of hydraulic fractures often play important roles in naturally fractured formations due to complex mechanisms. Therefore, understanding and the geometry is essential for fracturing design. In this work, a seepage–stress–damage coupled model based on finite pore pressure cohesive zone (PPCZ) method was developed investigate fracture behavior reservoir. Compared with traditional element method, global insertion elements realizes arbitrary fluid-driven fractures....

Vision-language Models (VLMs) have shown remarkable capabilities in advancing general artificial intelligence, yet the irrational encoding of visual positions persists inhibiting models' comprehensive perception performance across different levels granularity. In this work, we propose Pyramid-descent Visual Position Encoding (PyPE), a novel approach designed to enhance tokens within VLMs. By assigning position indexes from periphery center and expanding central receptive field incrementally,...

<title>Abstract</title> The apex-shifted hyperbolic Radon transform (ASHRT) can flexibly address the limitation of seismic wave event apexes at zero offset, and offer advantages over conventional in separating diffracted waves. When using to solve wavefield separation problems, it is generally required that possesses a sparse solution, methods for solving solutions norm constraints have been widely applied. In this study, we introduce L1-2 constraint method into ASHRT demonstrate that,...

Under the background of sustainable development renewable energy, it is more and important to recover energy high-pressure medium produced in petrochemical process. In field petrochemicals, multi-stage pump as turbine (PAT) has a strong economy. PAT can not only generate required process but also that been completed. When operated under condition, internal flow state complicated than condition. The hydraulic performance often problems such narrow high-efficiency zone, low efficiency,...

As in some studies the SHED was selected as test equipment to collect and measure non-exhaust particles produced by vehicle, flow field distribution of calculated analyzed through CFD simulation. The collection rate that could be collected at sample port studied. results show particulate matter is distributed a flocculent manner SHED. Affected wind speed set SHED, large front vehicle leads faster diffusion accumulation rear With increase fan, gradually uniform. After ejecting from where tire...

In recent years, China's shale gas exploration and development has achieved immense development, but the evaluation of fluid saturation in reservoirs is still not well documented. The Mesozoic Chang 7 Formation one main source rocks Ordos Basin also proven to have good accumulation conditions. At present, there are a few methods directly obtain reservoirs, conventional method using Archie's equation (which mainly designed for pure sandstone reservoirs) accepted by most researchers. However,...

Refracturing is a key technology in enhancing the conductivity of fractures from hydraulically-fractured wells. However, deflecting mechanism diverting fracture still unclear. In this paper, fully coupled seepage-stress model based on extended finite element method (XFEM) was developed to realize deflection refracturing fractures. The modified construction then verified by laboratory experiments. Furthermore, two new angles considering influence area along initial length were introduced...
