We demonstrate direct fabrication of homogeneous microfluidic channels embedded in fused silica by femtosecond laser writing, followed wet chemical etching and glass drawing. In addition, the drawing process significantly reduces inner surface roughness fabricated channels, centimeter-level with an aspect ratio above 1000 can be realized.

Iodine adsorber is a purification and adsorption functional unit for possible radioactive iodine in the ventilation system of nuclear power plant. In order to ensure its availability, performance efficiency test should be conducted every year. At present, mainstream tracer used CH 3 131 I no unmanned automation has been realized, which risk contamination personnel environment. realize safety essence, this paper attempts use non-radioactive 127 I, almost same physical chemical properties as...

In hypersonic boundary layers, Mack mode disturbances play an important role in laminar–turbulence transition. Understanding the secondary instability mechanism of will provide physical insight into turbulence generation for researchers, which is also meaningful transition control. According to previous studies over straight cones and flared cones, it seems that a pressure gradient may affect primary obviously. this paper, we are trying make clear what effect on modes influence rule is. Four...

A linear analysis method was used to investigate the instability behavior of a viscoelastic liquid sheet moving through viscous gas bounded by two horizontal parallel flat plates. The velocity profile taken into account. result showed that gradient sheets greater than corresponding Newtonian sheets. effects time-constant, elasticity number, and ratio distance between plate thickness on profiles were also investigated. relationship temporal growth rate wave number obtained using stability...

The determination of uranium isotopic composition in trace samples is important different fields. A new measurement method that uses an accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) technique has been developed for the analysis ratios ultra-trace at China Institute Atomic Energy. As a result, about 5-nanogram level analyzed with AMS achieved.

Aerodynamic heating seriously affects the safety of hypersonic vehicles, which is an urgent problem to be solved. In this work, aerothermal phase change thermal protection system using foam structure arranged inside aircraft skin put forward. Firstly, considering characteristics skin, three-dimensional structures, with and without skeleton micropores, reconstructed. Then, effects liquid water mass flow rate micropores in on heat transfer are investigated. Results show that temperature...

The present article describes the combination of correlation based transition model Menter et al. with Detached Eddy Simulation (DES) and Delayed (DDES) methodology. interaction between DES or DDES method was investigated by T3A test case. grid sensitivity combined methodology is discussed resolution given. Then, simulation flow over foil medium thick at stall angle performed. produce results that have better agreement experiment comparing to RANS fully turbulent DES/DDES alone. And shows a...
