Molecular communication can enable transmission of information within industrial networks comprising pipes, ducts, etc. This work emulates the system by introducing an air-based macroscopic molecular testbed, exploiting fluorescence property a water-based solution organic compound called fluorescein. An efficient transmitter in form sprayer, coupled with high-speed camera-based detection, eventually paves way to achieve higher data rates. The distances considered are range several...

Measurements are presented of R_b, the ratio b bbar cross-section to q qbar in e+e- collisions, and forward-backward asymmetry A^b_FB at twelve energy points range sqrt(s) = 130-207 GeV. These results found be consistent with Standard Model expectations. The measurements used set limits on new physics scenarios involving contact interactions.

Molecular communication in pipe networks is a novel technique for wireless data exchange. Simulating such accurately difficult because of the complexity fluid dynamics at centimeter scales, which existing molecular simulators do not model. The new simulator we present combines computational simulation and particle movement predictions. It optimized to be computationally efficient while offering high degree adaptability complex flows larger networks. We validate it by comparing with...

The application of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to break cryptographic systems through hardware side-channels facilitated rapid and adaptable attacks on like smart cards Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs). However, current approaches rely manually designed CNN architectures by domain experts, which are time-consuming impractical for attacking new systems.

Molecular communication has been identified as a concept complementing radio in some areas and being the unique solution others. This particularly includes between nano machines but, more recently, also macroscopic application domains such fluid systems chemical factory. We are interested simulating molecular both accurately well on large scale. In this work, we make use of vector fields for efficient simulation particle movements environment. Such can be pre-computed so that itself is very...

Currently most practical attacks on cryptographic protocols like TLS are based side channels, such as padding oracles. Some well-known recent examples DROWN, ROBOT and Raccoon (USENIX Security 2016, 2018, 2021). Such usually found by careful time-consuming manual analysis specialists.
