This study evaluates the effects of three mechanical pre-treatment methods on S235JRG2 steel sheets: blasting with a synthetic corundum (F40), shot (S170), and grinding (P40). Untreated samples served as reference. The analysis pre-treatments focused surface integrity, including measurements roughness parameters Ra Rz (ISO 21920-2) subsurface microhardness 6507-1). Zinc coatings were assessed through testing (cupping test, ISO 1520) corrosion in neutral salt spray environment 9227), results...
The paper is focused on analysing the pearlitic steel phase transformations and their influence mechanical properties. intention to perform a detailed analysis of heat treatment process using exact heating temperature chemical composition achieve optimal properties tool. key area monitoring regulating treatment. This technology constantly undergoing an optimisation effort introduce new trends in processes. use non-destructive methods adequate principle determine structural at given moment,...
Abstract The goal of this paper is an evaluation research aimed at corrosion and mechanical resistance the so-called duplex system applied to a steel sheet. This consists metal coating by hot-dip galvanising, which acrylic, water-soluble paint commonly (commonly available on Czech market) using standard technology in air stream. For purposes comparison, one set test specimens provided only with galvanised coating. anti-corrosion protection was determined means pull-off adhesion (according...
Abstract The paper content is focused on the various evaluation methods of mechanical pre-treatment hot-dip galvanized surface performed in order to increase organic paint adhesion (both synthetic and waterborne). Emphasis was placed low volatile compounds (VOC) values coating systems. Corrosion degradation tested coatings also monitored. using a standard technology, so-called sweeping, with corundum F40 grain size (these samples served as standard). Alternative that can be used operations...
The paper deals with the actual topic of mechanical properties 3D prints made from polymer material rPET-G and its changes. Using this in additive technology has great potential automotive industry. research evaluates five different post-processing modifications (recycled polyethylene terephthalate-glycol) produced by Fused Filament Fabrication technology. included chemical smoothing samples using dichloromethane vapors heat treatment an annealing furnace. An epoxy resin, a synthetic...
