Granuloma faciale is a rare, chronic dermatologic disorder, which mainly affects the face. Recently, dermoscopy has been demonstrated as an important ancillary tool on clinical diagnosis of facial dermatoses. We report two cases granuloma with yellow areas that was not yet described in literature, corresponding to abundant hemosiderin histopathological examination.

Subcorneal pustular dermatosis is a rare eruption which occurs mainly in middle-aged women and rarely during childhood. We report case of 15-year-old female with 4-year history lesions on the proximal region upper limbs subsequent impairment trunk. Physical examination revealed small pustules distributed trunk limbs. Squamoid eccrine ductal carcinoma is a cutaneous malignancy that originates from the sweat gland. A 76-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic papule on her nose had been present for one year. Dermoscopy showed pseudocysts, irregular linear crown vessels, and yellowish-brown globules surrounded by white halos. This first dermoscopic description of squamoid carcinoma. Studies more cases are needed to confirm characterization this tumor.
