Revision of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is more challenging than primary ACL and often yields less favorable outcomes. The European Society Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery Arthroscopy (ESSKA) has established a consensus regarding preoperative diagnosis, assessment, selection criteria for revision surgery. This addresses 18 key issues that are most pertinent to clinical practice, providing guiding recommendations aimed at improving the prognosis revisions.

Since transplantation of meniscal allograft or artificial menisci is limited by graft sources and a series adverse events, substitution for meniscus reconstruction still needs to be explored. Natural biomaterials, which can provide unique 3-D microenvironment, remain promising alternative tissue engineering. Among them, autograft preferred option its safety excellent biocompatibility. In this study, we utilized semitendinosus tendon in investigate fibrochondrogenic metaplasticity potential...

To clarify the value of cortical endo-button as an internal fixator in Latarjet procedure through biomechanical analysis.Ten pairs shoulder joints from 6-7 months old male pigs were selected. Each pair was randomly divided into screw group and group. A 25% glenoid defect model created, porcine infraspinatus tendon its associated bone used to simulate conjoint coracoid process human body. The grafts fixed with two 3.5 mm screws double endo-buttons high-strength sutures group, respectively....

To investigate the effect of isokinetic training thigh muscle group on graft remodeling after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, and summarize relevant rules to guide clinic.Between August 2016 December 2016, forty patients underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using hamstring tendon were randomly divided into control ( n=20). The two groups staged rehabilitation treatment. replaced traditional intervention with corresponding strength from 3 6 months operation, was used in...

Objective To investigate the histological characteristics of autogenous hamstring grafts after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Methods The patients who underwent arthroscopic single-bundle ACL reconstruction with tendons and were followed up at least 4 years also second-look arthroscopy between March 2017 December met selection criteria considered for enrollment. Graft quality under was evaluated as good remodeling group (GRG, total scores 4-6) poor (PRG, 1-3) according to...

To investigate the clinical and radiographic short-term results of arthroscopic treatment for posterior labrum tears with an attached bony fragment after traumatic hip dislocation.Between July 2014 May 2019, a consecutive series nine patients diagnosed tear dislocation were treated by techniques. The had been injured in traffic accidents (n = 6) or high falls 3). All provided primary at emergency department our institution, then transferred to arthroscopy. Demographic data (e.g. gender, age,...
