Revision of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is more challenging than primary ACL and often yields less favorable outcomes. The European Society Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery Arthroscopy (ESSKA) has established a consensus regarding preoperative diagnosis, assessment, selection criteria for revision surgery.
