We report a new type of water-soluble ultrathin Au-Ag alloy nanowire (NW), which exhibits unprecedented behavior in colloidal solution. Upon growth thin metal (Pd, Pt, or Au) layer, the NW winds around itself to give metallic double helix. propose that winding originates from chirality within as-synthesized NWs, were induced untwist upon deposition.

We show that the microstructures of polycrystalline ice can serve as a confining template for one-dimensional assembly colloidal nanoparticles. Upon simply freezing an aqueous colloid, nanoparticles are excluded from grains and form chains in veins. The nanoparticle transferable be strengthened by polymer encapsulation. After coating with polyaniline shells, simple sedimentation is used to remove large aggregates, enriching single-line 40 nm gold total length several micrometers. When...

This paper presents a mathematic method and cost-efficient circuit to measure the value of each component bio-impedance model at electrode-electrolyte interface. The proposed current excited triple-time-voltage oversampling (TTVO) deduces values by solving triple simultaneous electric equation (TSEE) different time nodes during excitation, which are voltage functions time. equations (TSEEs) allows random selections nodes, hence numerous solutions can be obtained single excitation. A Service-Oriented Architecture is essentially a collection of independent services with well-defined interfaces that can be accessed without knowledge their implementation. The architecture widely used in Grid computing to achieve resource virtualization, on-demand provisioning, and service (resource) sharing. As the has shown its potential as suitable environment for simulation modeling, Distributed Simulation on (SOAr-DSGrid) was proposed. Like other systems, time management crucial part...

This article presents a broadband single-pole ten-throw (SP10T) switch with low insertion loss (IL) performance. With the proposed three topologies, design breaks constraints between bandwidth (BW) and IL. The topologies include: 1) employing one-for-all symmetrically routed structure that achieves similar transfer functions for all pole-to-throw paths, hence, one matching network covers branches impedance matching; 2) series-transmission-line (TL)-shunt unit optimizes IL 3) 3-in-1...
