We present a new value of the Newtonian gravitational constant $G$ by using time-of-swing method. Several improvements greatly reduce uncertainties: (1) measuring anelasticity fiber directly; (2) spherical source masses minimizes effects density inhomogeneity and eccentricities; (3) quartz block pendulum simplifies its vibration modes uncertainty inertial moment; (4) setting both in vacuum chamber reduces error relative positions. Stock index futures has become the major tools for investors to avoid risk or make speculative arbitrage. However, leverage of stock is large.
