Sucrose, as a precursor of carbon, and titanium powders were used to prepare TiC by spray-drying/precursor-pyrolysis method. Using the powders, TiC/Ti composite coatings deposited reactive plasma spraying. The results show that submicron-sized is formed. phases have three kinds crystal morphology: spherical with diameter about 600 nm, dendrite primary spacing 450 nm secondary arm 150 cellular-dendrite width 120 length nm. exhibit high microhardness excellent wear resistance, which 2–3 times...
Electroshocking treatment (EST) was a method to optimize the microstructure of titanium alloy. Under EST, dense basket-weave structure in Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si (TC11) manufactured by laser melting deposition became sparse, and colony tissue nucleation grows near grain boundaries. The phase transformation induced EST results changes intensity orientation α β textures TC11, but α/β still obeyed Burger relationship, content increased. At same time, also promoted dislocation movement...
Abstract Defects in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products are often caused by gassing formation and bubble stability. In order to eliminate these defects improve product quality, the factors affecting stability AAC slurry production, such as viscosity, water‐solid ratios, temperature of four kinds foamstabilizer was studied. The results showed that viscosity decreased power function with increase ratios. maximal rising volume first increases then decreases which means there is an...
