心脏穿孔是起搏器置入治疗少见的并发症,起搏电极所引起的冠状动脉穿孔病例更为罕见。本文报道1例63岁老年女性,行双腔起搏器置入术后出现心脏右心耳及右冠状动脉晚期穿孔,导致心包填塞;经外科开胸对穿孔的右冠状动脉进行缝合,折叠加固部分右心耳,术后病情平稳出院;同时分析了主动起搏电极导线致右冠状动脉穿孔的可能原因,探讨了如何避免此类不良事件的发生,为今后类似病例的临床诊疗提供参考。.
