This paper proposed a novel trilateration algorithm for indoor localization based on received signal strength indication (RSSI). Firstly, all the raw measurement data are preprocessed by Gaussian filter to reducing influence of noise. Twelve new steroidal saponins, including eleven furostanol terrestrinin J–T (1–11), and one spirostanol saponin, U (12), together with seven known saponins 13–19 were isolated from T. terrestris.
