The effect of hydrogenation on the luminescence property ZnO crystal was investigated by means cathodoluminescence (CL). It found that hydrogen plasma treatment strongly passivates green emission and enhances band edge luminescence. crystals in as-grown state does not show any significant temperature dependence.
