The effect of hydrogenation on the luminescence property ZnO crystal was investigated by means cathodoluminescence (CL). It found that hydrogen plasma treatment strongly passivates green emission and enhances band edge luminescence. crystals in as-grown state does not show any significant temperature dependence. However, hydrogenated shows strong dependence intensity increases significantly at low temperatures. At 30 K, number luminescent photons exceeds several tenths generated electron-hole pairs.

Thermal conductivity is one of the key parameters required for high-temperature structural applications metallic materials. In this overview, thermal intermetallic compounds are extensively described based mainly on our past works, since there had been less works in research field. Emphasis placed B2 and L12 with bonding such as NiAl, Ni3Al, etc., which have attracting attention engineering at higher temperatures. The data accumulated compounds, phenomenological aspects reviewed detail a...

Cathepsin E, an endolysosomal aspartic proteinase predominantly expressed in cells of the immune system, has important role responses. However, little is known about precise roles cathepsin E this system.
