Charge deconvolution infers the mass from over charge (m/z) measurements in electrospray ionization spectra. When applied a wide input m/z or broad target range, charge-deconvolution algorithms can produce artifacts, such as false masses at one-half one-third of correct mass. Indeed, maximum entropy term objective function MaxEnt, most commonly used algorithm, favors deconvolved spectrum with many peaks one fewer peaks. Here we describe new "parsimonious" algorithm that produces artifacts....

We study $f(R,T)$ gravity, in which the curvature $R$ appearing gravitational Lagrangian is replaced by an arbitrary function of and trace $T$ stress-energy tensor. focus primarily on situations where $f$ separable, so that $f(R,T)={f}_{1}(R)+{f}_{2}(T)$. argue term ${f}_{2}(T)$ should be included matter ${\mathcal{L}}_{m}$, therefore has no physical significance. demonstrate explicitly how this can done for cases free fields perfect fluids. all uses cosmological modeling attempts to place...

Current methods of evolving a spacetime containing one or more black holes are plagued by instabilities that prohibit long-term evolution. Some these may be due to the numerical method used, traditionally finite differencing. In this paper, we explore use pseudospectral collocation (PSC) for evolution spherically symmetric hole in dimension using hyperbolic formulation Einstein's equations. We demonstrate our PSC is able evolve forever without enforcing constraints, even if add dynamics via...
