Semitransparent perovskite solar cells (ST‐PSCs) for building‐integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) face the challenge of achieving high efficiency due to significant light loss. The SnO2 electron transport layer (ETL), utilized in n‐i‐p PSCs and prepared via sol‐gel method, is susceptible aggregation on substrate, resulting scattering that diminishes absorption layer. In this study, we propose a strategy combines atomic deposition (ALD) solution deposit bilayer structure address these issues....

We demonstrate that a square lattice of artificial pinning centers in superconducting Nb film induces the formation highly ordered interstitial vortex phases with different symmetries for external magnetic fields as high eighth matching field. These ``supermatching'' are identified by distinct differences behavior their critical currents, magnetoresistivity, and magnetization. Our results consistent predictions supermatching recent numerical simulations.

Abstract Quasi‐2D perovskites have attracted much attention in perovskite photovoltaics due to their excellent stability. However, photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) still lags 3D counterparts, particularly with high short‐circuit current ( J SC ) loss. The quantum confinement effect is pointed out be the sole reason, which introduces widened bandgap and poor exciton dissociation, undermines light capture charge transport. Here, gradient incorporation of formamidinium (FA) cations...

Mixed‐halide perovskites with wide‐bandgap (WBG) have been widely applied for tandem solar cells. Nevertheless, WBG perovskite cells (PSCs) easily suffer from photo‐induced phase segregation, deteriorating their device efficiency and stability. It is a desirable way that the suppression of segregation strain relaxation in mixed‐halide films. Herein, p‐toluene sulfonate (p‐TS) can effectively release residual films by occupying empty orbitals uncoordinated Pb 2+ halide ion vacancies, as well...
