Aflatoxins (AF) and fumonisins (FB) are common contaminants of maize have been associated with cancer, immune suppression, growth stunting. In this work, AFM1 FB1 were measured in urine samples healthy volunteers from the metropolitan area Monterrey, Mexico, while AF FB detected foods collected near sampling zone.
