4D flow MRI enables quantitative assessment of helical flow. We sought to generate normal values and elucidate changes (duration, volume, length, velocities rotational direction) jet (displacement, angle) as well wall shear stress (WSS). assessed the temporal existence (THEX), maximum volume (HVmax), accumulated (HVacc), length (HVLacc), forward velocity (maxVfor), circumferential (maxVcirc), direction (RD) (WSS) reported elsewhere using software tool Bloodline in 86 healthy volunteers (46...
Orbital trauma is a commonly encountered entity in clinical practice, especially cases of head trauma. Although fractures the orbit are rare, they can present an emergency setting owing to associated complications such as orbital encephaloceles. We here describe case of 26-year-old male who presented with complaints left-sided inguinoscrotal swelling and was subsequently diagnosed abdomino-thoracic cystic lymphangiomatosis. Detailed evaluation across the modalities ultrasonography, computed tomography scan magnetic resonance revealed extensive involvement diagnostic appearance unique lymphatic abnormality. Imaging findings were confirmed on histopathology.
