Abstract Herein is reported the first occurrence of ostracodes from Iapó Formation, an uppermost Ordovician unit Rio Ivaí Group in Paraná basin, Brazil. The Três Barras Farm section is an outcrop located at the northern border of Paraná Basin, in Midwest Brazil.
