The diversity of the ‘Pselaphodes complex’ genera from Asia remains fragmentally documented. Herein we describe fifteen new species genus Labomimus Sharp China: L. assingi sp. nov. and dilatatus Shaanxi, longnan minshanus Gansu, chouwenii Taiwan, yue Guangdong, howaichuni Hong Kong, jinfomontis Chongqing, niger Sichuan, maolan Guizhou, corpulentus nov., dulongensis wuchaoi Yunnan, medogensis qiujianyuae Xizang. A little known species, torticornis (Champion), originally described Assam,...

Amino acid transport via phloem is one of the major source-to-sink nitrogen translocation pathways in most plant species. permeases (AAPs) play essential roles amino between cells and subsequent or seed loading. In this study, a soybean AAP gene, annotated as GmAAP6a, was cloned demonstrated to be significantly induced by starvation. Histochemical staining GmAAP6a:GmAAP6a-GUS transgenic revealed that GmAAP6a predominantly expressed xylem parenchyma cells. Growth studies using toxic analogs...

Abstract Background Stripe rust (yellow rust) is a significant disease for bread wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) worldwide. A genome-wide association study was conducted on 240 Chinese cultivars and elite lines genotyped with the 90 K single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays to decipher genetic architecture of stripe resistance in germplasm. Results evaluated at adult plant stage Pixian Xindu Sichuan province 2015–2016 cropping season, Wuhan Hubei 2013–2014, 2016–2017 2018–2019 seasons....

Lightweight and high-strength insulation materials have important application prospects in the aerospace, metallurgical, nuclear industries. In this study, a highly porous silica fiber reinforced phenolic resin matrix composite was prepared by vacuum impregnation atmospheric drying using quartz needled felt as reinforcement anhydrous ethanol pore-making agent. The effects of curing agent content on structure, composition, density, thermal conductivity were studied. mechanical properties xy...

The influence of water and light on CO2 exchange in cyanobacteria, lichen, moss crusts at five temperature levels under controlled laboratory conditions was explored using a portable photosynthesis system. Across the range temperatures, average optimum content values for lichen were 0.38 ± 0.17 mm, 0.92 0.06 2.10 0.02 mm (mean SE), respectively, whereas respective saturation points 900 23, 870 45, 1200 32 µ mol m−2 s−1. Optimum temperatures 20–27°C, 15°C, 20°C, with maximum photosynthetic...

A palladium-catalyzed multicomponent cascade reaction of aryl iodides, oxanorbornadiene, and diborns to access (Z)-alkenylborons is reported. This transformation proceeds through the sequential carbopalladation/boronation/retro-Diels-Alder domino reaction. The oxanorbornadiene used in this serves as an acetylene surrogate, which generated via a retro-Diels-Alder Such stereoselective scalable approach has wide range functional group tolerance good substrate universality.

We disclose a direct C(sp)-, C(sp2)-, and C(sp3)-H thiolation reaction using β-sulfinylesters as the versatile sulfur source. The key step of this protocol is chemoselective C-S bond cleavage sulfonium salts that are formed in situ from corresponding alkenes, alkynes, 1,3-dicarboxyl compounds with β-sulfinylesters. successful capture acrylate byproduct supports retro-Michael mechanism.
