In order to study the co-pyrolysis characterisitics of sewage-sludge/rice-straw, pyrolysis experiments were carried out through a thermal analyzer. The processes analyzed curves TG and DTG. results show that co-pyrolosis behavior is not simple summation calculation, but has obviouse synergistic effects. Rice straw significantly affects release volatile matter in co-pyrolysis. It inhibits begining period, promotes middle later periods. With increase rice straw's amount, temperature range...

The instability of machining process caused by the difficulty electrolyte refresh in electrochemical micromachining (EMM) micro through-hole has been an unsolved problem. Thus, this paper investigates using a helical electrode combining with jetting electrolyte. With help high-speed rotation and its spiral shape, internal can be stirred while external flow into hole along groove to effectively, thereby, improving stability EMM. Firstly, influence parameters on fabrication EMM without...

Due to the unique and superior properties of using thermal energy machine electrically conductive material regardless its hardness, electrical discharge machining has been widely used become indispensable in manufacturing industry. However, incompleteness imperfection fundamental theory behind it seriously hinders further application development. In this work, a single pulse deionised water was simulated study removal motivity mechanisms with molecular dynamics simulations. The results show...

In electrical discharge machining, the rapid heating and quenching effects cause formation of resolidified layers, heat-affected zones, defects, which have a tremendous impact on mechanical properties materials. Thus, to analyze evolution process defect structures, single discharges in polycrystalline copper were simulated. The research results show that after discharge, larger number stacking faults dislocations existed copper, mainly concentrated under crater bulge. these bedded played...

In this paper, in order to clarify the distribution of removal material EDM, a single pulse discharge process both deionized water and gas was simulated by using molecular dynamics method. The research results showed that compared with gas, would generate expanding bubble flowing liquid, which could have removing, carrying, cooling blocking effects on material. addition, it found immediately after ignited, velocity direction mainly directed gap. But as time went on, gradually deviated from...

Micro rotary structures have attracted increasing attention in many industrial applications. However, the fabrication of complex micro with high strength, hardness, and low rigidity, poses a significant challenge to traditional machining methods. To solve this difficult problem, study proposes novel method fabricating by using wire electrochemical grinding (WECG), which is an anodic dissolution process has no force. WECG, type ECM, some major advantages over electrical discharge (WEDG):...
