This work aimed to evaluate the digestive stability of peptides previously identified from a Corolase PP soy protein hydrolysate (SPH) and respond uncertainty about merit controlled hydrolysis. For this purpose, we applied an empirical theoretical analysis, determining peptide sequences, oxygen radical scavenging (ORAC) ACE inhibitory (iACE) activities, effect hydrolysis on solubility. Results showed that during digestion most SPH were degraded as smaller ones. However, both bioactivities...
The phase diagrams corresponding to systems of sodium citrate and poly(ethylene glycol) different molecular weights (600, 1000, 1450, 3350, 8000) were determined at (22, 37 50) °C. Moreover, the medium pH (5.2, 8.2, 9.2) effect was also studied. binodal curves described using a four-parameter sigmoidal equation, tie-lines satisfactorily Othmer−Tobias Bancroft equations. An increase in temperature caused expansion two-phase area. became more asymmetric close origin with an weight.
The phase diagrams of aqueous two-phase systems formed by water, sodium tartrate, and polyethyleneglycol different molecular weights (600, 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000) were determined at 298 K. effect NaCl on the liquid–liquid equilibrium was also analyzed. binodal curves satisfactorily described using a four-parameter sigmoidal equation. tie lines combining colorimetric method density measurements. reliability measured line compositions ascertained Othmer−Tobias Bancroft correlation equations.
