Nowadays, laparoscopy appears to be an attractive alternative conventional surgery in the management of small bowel obstruction. Adult intussusception is unusual cause intestinal obstruction, and a wide range pathologic conditions can result with intussusception. In this report, we present very rare case secondary inverted Meckel's diverticulum adult who underwent laparoscopic surgery. The diagnostic modalities surgical are discussed.

Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital abnormality of gastrointestinal system. It usually has an asymptomatic course and detected incidentally during laparoscopy. Symptomatic cases are mostly observed under two years age. In adults, it may rarely manifest with life-threatening complications. this report, we present a 19-year-old case operated ileus while followup, who was assumed to have Crohn's disease.
