Two-dimensional ZnO nanosheets with ordered pore periodicity are synthesized via a colloidal crystal template assisted electrochemical deposition method. The synthesis, infiltration into a polystyrene opal and luminescence spectroscopy of BaTiO3: Tm3+ were reported in this paper.
