We estimate the elasticity of exports to credit using matched customs and firm-level bank data from Peru. To account for non-credit determinants exports, we compare changes in same product destination by firms borrowing banks differentially affected capital-flow reversals during 2008 financial crisis. find that shocks affect intensive margin but have no significant impact on entry or exit new markets. Our results suggest shortages reduce through raising variable cost production, rather than...

Abstract This paper discusses the results of a study Le Chouet section, its lithologies, facies, magnetic properties and fossil record (ammonites, calcareous nannofossils, calpionellids dinoflagellates). Data obtained have been applied to give precise biostratigraphy for this carbonate sequence as well paleoenvironmental reconstruction. Its relationship magnetostratigraphy, based on modern French site, is important. Investigation micro- macrofossils shows that site comprises sedimentary in...

Here in the first part of this publication we discuss possibilities for selection a GSSP Berriasian Stage Cretaceous System, based on established methods correlation Tithonian/Berriasian interval. This will be followed, second part, by an account stratigraphic evidence that justifies locality Tré Maroua (Hautes-Alpes, SE France) as proposed GSSP. historical J/K boundary interval, and evolution thinking positioning over recent generations, relation to research last ten years. High resolution stratigraphy of the Jurassic-Cretaceous boundary interval in Gresten Klippenbelt (Austria) The key objective investigation hemipelagic sediments from (Blassenstein Formation, Ultrahelvetic paleogeographic realm) was to shed light on environmental changes around (J/K) northern margin Penninic Ocean. This is well exposed a newly discovered site at Nutzhof. Around critical including boundary, this new outcrop bears rich microplanktonic assemblage characterized by typical J/K...

Abstract A well preserved Upper Tithonian–Lower Berriasian Strapkova sequence of hemipelagic limestones improves our understanding environmental changes occurring at the Jurassic/Cretaceous boundary in Western Carpathians. Three dinoflagellate and four calpionellid zones have been recognized section. The onset Alpina Subzone standard Calpionella Zone, used as a marker is defined by morphological change alpina tests. Calpionellids calcified radiolarians numerically dominate microplankton...

Abstract This study reports on a ~ 150 m thick macrofossil-barren sequence of siliciclastic sediments from Burdigalian age (Early Miocene) freshwater lake. The lake was located within an incipient rift system the Most Basin in Ohře (Eger) Graben, which part European Cenozoic Rift System, and had original area ≈ 1000 km 2 . Sediments HK591 core that cover entire thickness deposits some adjacent stratigraphic units were analysed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (a proxy for element...

Abstract Microfacies and high resolution studies at the Kurovice quarry (Czech Republic, Outer Western Carpathians) on calpionellids, calcareous non-calcareous dinoflagellate cysts, sporomorphs nannofossils, aligned with paleomagnetism, allow construction of a detailed stratigraphy paleoenvironmental interpretation across Jurassic/Cretaceous (J/K) boundary. The section consists allodapic micrite limestones marlstones. Identified standard microfacies types SMF 2, 3 4 indicate that sediments...

Abstract— Based on reflectance spectroscopy and chemical/mineralogical remote sensing methods, it is generally assumed that asteroids are parent bodies for most meteorites reaching the Earth. However, more detailed observations indicate differences exist in composition between resulting difficulties when searching meteorite‐asteroid match. We show among other physical parameters magnetic susceptibility of an asteroid can be determined remotely from induction by solar wind using orbiting...
