To report an anatomical variation in maxillary first molars.A case is presented of a molar requiring root-canal treatment that had two palatal roots with distinct canals and foramena at the apical level. Root-canal was performed using mechanical instrumentation NiTi files. An study on extracted second molars same revealed their internal structure. This demonstrates uncommon condition supplements previous reports such cases affecting molars.Clinicians should be aware variations molars. The...

This study evaluated the cleaning capacity of Profile.04 instruments with different concentrations NaOCl solutions on flattened root canals. Twenty central mandibular incisors were divided into 4 groups: Group I: 0.5% NaOCl; II: 1% III: 5% IV: distilled and deionized water. After chemomechanical preparation, teeth submitted to histological preparation morphometric analysis. Morphometric analysis showed that was significantly more efficient in canal than water, which had lowest levels canals (p<0.01).

Abstract – Crown–root fractures are frequently difficult to treat and have a bad prognosis. To restore the biological space, intentional replantation can be chosen when osteotomy/osteoplasty dental traction not viable. Intentional with tooth rotation consists of extraction, 180° replantation, thus restoring space. After treatment inflammatory resorption calcium hydroxide, endodontic was completed. The patient followed up clinical examination (mobility test, gingival sulcus depth)...

Background: Replantation is the most indicated procedure for traumatic dental avulsion, but it invariably results in a greater or lower degree of root resorption. The outcomes these cases can be affected by some well‐known factors.
