The integration of renewable energy, such as PV and wind power, has exerted great impacts on the power system with its rapid development. If corresponding energy storage is configured, could be able to hold a higher proportion energy. Focusing application for output fluctuation mitigation this paper first analyses reason from four aspects frequency, unit ramp, low frequency oscillation cascading failure. In addition, rate standard grid-connected type topology are introduced. Then summary...

While MOOCs offer educational data on a new scale, many educators find great potential of the big including detailed activity records every learner. A learner’s behavior such as if learner will drop out from course can be predicted. How to provide an effective, economical, and scalable method detect cheating tests surrogate exam-taker is challenging problem. In this paper, we present grade predicting that uses student features predict whether may get certification he/she takes test. The...

With the increasing penetration of distributed photovoltaics (PVs), operation and control distribution networks (DNs), especially voltage control, have become more complicated. To deal with violation problem caused by large-scale PV access, this paper presents a fully optimization method that combines alternative direction multiplier (ADMM) branch bound (BBM) for regional DNs. The total cost active power losses generation is minimized making full use regulation resources, e.g., reactive...
