Over 14 000 porous, three-dimensional metal–organic framework structures are compiled and analyzed as a part of an update to the Computation-Ready, Experimental Metal–Organic Framework Database (CoRE MOF Database). The updated database includes additional that were contributed by CoRE users, obtained from updates Cambridge Structural Web Science search, derived through semiautomated reconstruction disordered using topology-based crystal generator. In addition, value is added new analyses can...
A highly efficient, direct C(sp3)–H cyanation was developed under mild photocatalytic conditions. The method enabled the of various substrates with excellent functional group tolerance. Notably, complex natural products and bioactive compounds were efficiently cyanated.
Ice accumulation is a persistent problem in high-altitude or low-temperature environments, resulting the abnormal operation of equipment and even fatal accidents. As such, various strategies for removing (de-icing) preventing (anti-icing) ice from outdoor have been proposed. In this study, simple photothermal superhydrophobic coating system was developed by combining hydrophilic/hydrophobic silica agglomerates, polydimethylsiloxane matrix, organic dyes (diaminonaphthyl fluorine, DANF) to...
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) gasification coupled with adsorbed (ANG) charging (LNG-ANG coupling) is an emerging strategy for efficient delivery of gas. However, the potential LNG-ANG to attain advanced research projects agency-energy (ARPA-E) target onboard methane storage has not been fully investigated. In this work, large-scale computational screening performed 5446 metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), and over 193 MOFs whose working capacities exceed (315 cm
Recently, self-healing materials have evolved to recover specific functions such as electronic, magnetic, acoustic, structural or hierarchical, and biological properties. In particular, the development of protection coatings that can be applied lens components in vision systems augmented reality glasses, actuators, image time-of-flight sensors has received intensive attention from industry. present study, we designed polythiourethane dynamic networks containing a photothermal...
We report high experimental p-xylene (pX) selectivity in a pillar-layered metal-organic framework, DUT-8(Cu). Vapor- and liquid-phase adsorption experiments were carried out to confirm pX large uptakes Grand canonical Monte Carlo simulation results show that the presence of DABCO ligands allows for packing molecules is responsible selective nature material. The also suggests isooctane solvents plays an essential role by lowering other xylene isomers, leads increased as compared vapor phase....
Climate change is increasing the uncertainty of global hydrological cycles, leading to an increase in extreme weather events such as heatwaves, droughts, and floods. While continental-scale analyses based on CMIP6 (Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6) climate scenarios have been actively conducted, detailed for specific regions are still lacking. Furthermore, comparing model predictions with observation data initial 10-year period (2015-2024) models important validating short-term...
Thermosetting polymers have been widely used in a variety of industrial applications due to their improved mechanical robustness, chemical inertness, and thermal stability. However, thermosetting waste, which is generally unrecyclable, has become major cause environmental pollution. Recently, research into dynamic bonding chemistries like transesterification carbamate exchange emerged, indicating covalent adaptable networks (CANs) as promising contenders for the recycling cross-linked...
A layered precursor of MCM-22 (Mobil Composition Matter-22), a representative two-dimensional MWW type zeolite, is flexible, reliable platform for structural transformation via inter-layer swelling and subsequent pillaring or delamination. In particular, the delaminated which few nanometers thick, desirable overcoming diffusional limits. Despite its promise, conventional procedure to acquire complicated; resulting particle known as ITQ-2 (Instituto de Tecnologia Quimica Valencia-2). Here, we...

Abstract The capture and utilization of CO by 1,5,7‐triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec‐5‐ene (TBD) were performed in the absence transition‐metal complexes. reaction TBD with afforded TBD‐CO adducts, which converted to formylated (TBD‐CHO). adducts may include an interaction positively charged species based on NMR IR analysis. In presence amines, was transferred from producing amines good yields. mechanism involving is presented theoretical calculations. magnified image
Metal-free reaction conditions featuring oxygen and 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene (TBD) were employed for the selective oxidation of benzyl amines active methylene compounds to afford various amides ketones. Owing strong basicity guanidine bases, TBD is presumed play an important role in cleavage C–H bond at benzylic position peroxide intermediates, which formed by with oxygen.
Abstract Palladium catalysts modified with iminopyridine ligands were employed for ethylene/CO and styrene/CO copolymerization ethylene/styrene/CO terpolymerization. Our studies revealed that the steric electronic effects of play key, yet distinct roles in these polymerization reactions. The thermal properties polyketones engineered by varying styrene content terpolymers derived from ethylene, styrene, CO sources, increased ratios yielding reduced polyketone crystallinity.
Driving a vehicle requires performing combination of cognitive, visual, and manual tasks, which depend on the sensory cognitive resources allocated to task. Physiological measures, such as heart rate can be used objectively detect when driving task demands approach exceed driver’s available resources, at point there are also performance effects. As humans gain experience automatize aspects it, fewer demanded, is reflected in physiological measures. However, response changes with age. This...
Globally important hydroclimatic variations take place over monsoon Asia. However, sound understanding of hydrological processes is still challenging due to the unevenly distributed observation stations. This rising issue has been partially solved through land surface model (LSM) simulations, which known as one most effective ways predict states and fluxes in ungauged regions. Recent advances remote sensing techniques produced several multi-source-based precipitation data, serves a major...
Abstract Past studies have focused on the importance of hydrological variables in analyzing landslide initiation condition. Even though precipitation is main driver shallow landslides and debris flows, use only rainfall-based parameters has shown some limitations. Soil moisture been used widely to improve threshold detection capabilities. Since soil directly reflects wetness status ground, it can be identify pore pressure fluctuations more effectively. This study rainfall simultaneously...
Over the past decade, heavy snow has caused third-largest amount of disaster damage in South Korea, following typhoons and rain. To prevent from effectively, it is necessary to forecast weather conditions. The Korea Meteorological Administration uses Local Data Assimilation Prediction System (LDAPS) hydrometeorological factors. However, performance LDAPS depth data inferior that other models requires correction. In this study, a cumulative distribution function (CDF) matching was used...
