Automatic modulation recognition (AMR) is a promising technology for intelligent communication receivers to detect signal schemes. Recently, the emerging deep learning (DL) research has facilitated high-performance DL-AMR approaches. However, most models only focus on accuracy, leading huge model sizes and high computational complexity, while some lightweight low-complexity struggle meet accuracy requirements. This letter proposes an efficient based phase parameter estimation transformation,...

This article proposes an autoencoder-based method to enhance the information interaction between in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) channels of input data for automatic modulation recognition (AMR). The proposed utilizes autoencoder built by fully-connected layers correlate features I/Q and obtain feature from intermediate layer, which is concatenated together with original as model inputs. To accommodate new dimensions, a modification scheme existing representative deep learning based AMR (DL-AMR)...

Abstract In most metazoans, centrosome elimination during oogenesis ensures accurate centriole inheritance in the zygote, yet molecular mechanisms remain poorly understood. Here, we reveal a critical role for controlled SAS-6 phosphorylation dynamics oogenesis. Centrioles disassemble late meiotic prophase, while cartwheel protein exhibits dynamic behavior early prophase. Purified undergoes phase separation vitro, and overexpressed forms droplets cells. Mass spectrometry kinase assays that is...

The liver is an essential metabolic organ that involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis, and detoxification. Many endogenous exogenous factors can cause injury, a complex pathological condition. It poses serious risk to human health due its extremely varied clinical manifestations, which range from mild fatty fibrosis, cirrhosis, even hepatocellular carcinoma. Because of their low specificity, lack real-time monitoring, invasiveness, traditional diagnostic techniques for such as...

Abstract Two new yohimbine‐type monoterpene indole alkaloids, rauvines A and B, six known derivatives were obtained from the leaves of R. vomitoria . The structures B determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses, 13 C‐NMR, ECD calculations. This is first time to determine absolute configurations N ‐oxides quantum chemistry calculations ( C‐NMR calculations). All isolates tested for their cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines. Rauvine showed moderate on MCF‐7 breast, SWS80...

Four undescribed biflavonoid alkaloids, sinenbiflavones A-D, were isolated from Cephalotaxus sinensis using a MS/MS-based molecular networking guided strategy. Their structures elucidated by series of spectroscopic methods (HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR). Sinenbiflavones A-D are the first examples amentoflavone-type (C-3'-C-8'') alkaloids. Meanwhile, B D unique C-6-methylated Sinenbiflavone showed weak SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro inhibitory activity with 43 % inhibition rate at 40 μM.
