In this study, the compensation effect of a 7.56‐inch MicroLED product with pure PAM driving scheme is verified using conventional optical (Demura) method. A theoretical analysis overcompensation problem due to variation color coordinates devices luminance performed. The related phenomenon generates an about 10 gray levels at specific level and luminance.

As a widely acknowledged next‐generation display technology in the industry, Micro LED has its advantages, but also faces significant issues with mura phenomenon. Moreover, traditional Demura algorithms have numerous limitations when applied to LEDs, leading limited compensation effects. This paper first introduces specific problems of current applications and proposes algorithm based on Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) from deep learning, targeted address these issues. Subsequently,...

Optical compensation (Demura) is a crucial technology in the production process of active‐matrix organic light‐emitting diode (AMOLED). And with continuous advancement micro (Micro LED) technology, Demura techniques are also employed to enhance quality Micro LED products. This article initially applies an AMOLED full grayscale scheme perform on 9.38‐inch sample. However, effect falls short expectations. Subsequently, analysis and for display effects each level conducted, highlighting...

Micro‐LED is a new display technology that offers advantages such as high brightness, contrast, and low power consumption. However, the performance of greatly affected by temperature, leading to color shift easily. To address this issue, paper proposes machine learning‐based approach for achieving global compensation, which exhibits including compensation accuracy, good smoothness, strong generalization performance. Experimental validation using both measured simulated data demonstrates...

In this paper, a method of reducing the influence IR‐drop in OLED display for color gamut mapping (CGM) is described. Due to IR‐drop, parameters can be hardly calculated only by formulas, which make inaccuracy CGM. This algorithm uses data specific gray scale find out rule arbitrary scale. The easy and accurate reduce making CGM better applied displays.
