Copper–poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) and gold–PTFE laminates were prepared by surface graft copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) on argon plasma-pretreated PTFE films at an elevated temperature with simultaneous lamination to copper foils or gold substrates. To examine the influence of extrusion ratio on microstructure and mechanical properties, a new as-extruded Mg−2.5Sn−1.5Zn−0.8Ca-0.1Y (mass fraction, %) alloy was invented tested.
