Zeolite X powder was synthesized using natural low-grade diatomite as the main source of Si but only a partial Al via simple and green hydrothermal method. The microstructure surface properties obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), wavelength dispersive fluorescence (XRF), calcium ion exchange capacity (CEC), thermogravimetric-differential thermal (TG-DTA) analysis, N₂ adsorption-desorption technique. influence various synthesis...

Porous graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was prepared by dicyandiamide and urea via the pyrolysis method, which possessed enhanced visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance. Its surface area increased from 17.12 to 48.00 m2/g. The porous structure not only light capture capacity, but also accelerated mass transfer ability. Di (Dicyandiamide)/Ur (Urea) composite better activity for Rhodamine B in visible than that of g-C3N4. Moreover, Di/Ur-4:5 showed best photoactivity, almost 5.8...

Carbon @ diatomite (C@DE) nanocomposite was synthesized using glucose as precursor and purified carrier through a facile hydrothermal carbonization process. The microstructure interface properties of the obtained nanocomposites were characterized by SEM, TEM, FTIR, XPS zeta potential analyzer. A batch adsorption study showed that process very fast kinetic data well fitted with pseudo-second-order model. Compared to pure carbon materials, C@DE exhibits higher ability for Cr (VI). This kind is...

Diatomite-based X zeolite was obtained and its crystallinity, morphology, interface properties were investigated by XRD, BET, SEM, EDS, XRF. The possessed a unique meso-microporous structure showed good ion exchange for Cu2+ Zn2+. pseudo-second-order model Langmuir isotherm can best describe the adsorption kinetics isotherms of Zn2+, respectively. maximal capacities Zn2+ 146 195 mg/g at 323 K, Meanwhile, process chemical exchange, Furthermore, data turned out to be an endothermic spontaneous...

Abstract Background In the production of ultra‐low sulfur fuels, use extraction processes to remove sulfides from fuel has various advantages. The selection a suitable extractant is key process. Ionic liquids (ILs) are known as green solvents and designable, but there wide variety. this study, an IL screening method was developed based on conductor‐like model‐segment activity coefficient (COSMO‐SAC) model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. addition, feasibility verified by desulfurization...

Al foams were produced by applying a powder metallurgy route. Foam expansion, cell structures and foam stability of foamed samples investigated. The results show that larger expansion more homogeneous achieved due to the presence 1·0 wt-%Mg addition. Mg addition in formation spinel particles through reaction between alumina on powder. Spinel good wetting with melt are fully embedded into Plateau borders walls. liquid is tightly trapped within walls particles, preventing from thinning further...
