Metastatic deposits are the most common cause of pleural masses, solitary or multiple. Primary neoplasms rare entities that occasionally encountered. Of these, tumors neurogenic origin exceedingly with only a few cases reported in literature. We describe case an isolated neurofibroma involving pleura 23-year-old male patient, who underwent CT and MRI scans thorax as part initial investigations. The final diagnosis was clinched by CT-guided biopsy lesion.
