Aberrant DNA methylations have been reported to be significantly associated with lung squamous cell cancer (LUSC). The aim of this study was investigate the methylation-driven genes in LUSC by integrative bioinformatics analysis. In present study, were screened out, and survival analysis related these performed confirm their value prognostic assessment. Gene expression methylation data downloaded from Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), MethylMix algorithm used identify genes. ConsensusPathDB...

Objective: To study the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in diagnosing renal space-occupying lesions. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with lesions detected by routine examination received examination. When observing perfusion mode mass, we analyzed characteristics and compared them surgical pathological results. Results: lesions, which were identified 67 included 55 malignant tumors 12 benign ones. The sensitivity qualitative diagnosis CEUS imaging was 96.4%,...

Objective. To study the clinical diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in bladder occupied lesions. Methods. 38 cases conventional-ultrasound-found lesions did color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and CEUS checks. By comparing difference between two types blood technologies displaying observing perfusion modes contrast agents to enter lesions, characteristics were analyzed. Finally, they contrasted with surgical pathology results. Results. Of all cases, there 51 including 43...

To discuss the clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in testicular occupied lesions.Nine conventional-ultrasound-found lesions which underwent CEUS meantime were analyzed retrospectively. The perfusion pattern was compared with surgical pathological result or follow-up findings.Among all 9 lesions, there 5 malignant tumors, 1 benign tumor, tuberculosis, and 2 hematomas. diagnosed 6 hematomas, its diagnostic accuracy about 88.9%.CEUS has high differential diagnoses lesions.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis fistula-in-ano. Methods One hundred and eighteen fistula-in-ano patients were examined using conventional ultrasound, stereotaxis interal opening shape analyzed. Then results compared with surgery pathology. Results In 118 patients, accuracy preoperative identifying internal by two-dimensional was 85%, 95% for statistically significant difference (χ2=6.679, P<0.05). For complex anal...
