Endophytes exhibit a complex web of interactions with host plants and other endophytic microorganisms therefore they have been intensively studied over the last several years as prolific sources new bioactive natural products. In fact, an impressive number products produced by microorganisms. addition, some studies shown endophytes to be good producers useful enzymes improve industrial processes. More recently, also received attention biocatalysts in chemical transformation drugs. Results...
Chiral capillary electrophoresis (CCE) represents an effective technique for enantioselective separations. However, additional techniques may be necessary to determine the enantiomers migration order (EMO) and elucidate chiral recognition mechanism. This study details development optimization of a CCE method enantioseparation amlodipine (AML). Furthermore, it contributes computationally determining EMO mechanisms responsible discrimination. The proposed several key parameters in CCE,...
Polyaniline (PAni), cellulose fiber (CF) and a PAni–CF composite, which were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy thermogravimetry, investigated in adsorption studies of meloxicam (MLX) from aqueous media.
Abstract It is notorious that researches related to electrochemical sensors increased significantly due the promising characteristics these devices present such as possibility of obtaining information, with minimum manipulation studied system, in real time, and low environmental impact. This article covers carbon nanomaterials, presenting important aspects main properties, synthesis methods, application materials development for analysis drugs compounds clinical interest. In this context,...
Coumarins have great pharmacotherapeutic potential, presenting several biological and pharmaceutical applications, like antibiotic, fungicidal, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, anti-HIV, healing activities, among others. These molecules are practically insoluble in water, for it became necessary to complex them with cyclodextrins (CDs), which influence their bioavailability the target organism. In this work, we studied two coumarins, was possible conclude that there were structural differences...
In this work, we studied theoretically the formation process of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for dinotefuran (DNF), testing distinct functional monomers (FM) in various solvents through density theory calculations. The results revealed that best conditions MIP synthesis were established with methacrylic acid (MAA) as FM 1 : 4 stoichiometry and chloroform solvent. This protocol showed most favourable stabilization energies pre-polymerization complexes. Furthermore, FM/template...
