This study evaluated the mud crab (Scylla olivacea) collection techniques and socio-economic conditions of collectors in Shyamnagar Upazila. The results showed that 48% collected crabs from Sundarbans mangrove forest; on other hand, 42% coastal rivers, 10% canals shrimp farms.
