This paper presents a high-resolution 110dB SNR ΔΣ ADC that achieves ±30V input common-mode voltage range (CMVR) while powered from single 5V supply. beyond-the-rails capability is obtained by employing capacitively coupled high-voltage (HV) chopper at the of switched-capacitor (SC) ADC. Furthermore, use correlated double sampling and system-level chopping results in maximum offset 8uV over full CMVR. In contrast to recent HV [1], exhibits 30dB more resolution, its CMVR extends below negative rail.

This letter presents the most accurate shunt-based high-side current sensor ever reported. It achieves a 25 V input common-mode range from single 1.8-V supply by using beyond-the-rails ADC. A hybrid analog/digital temperature compensation scheme is proposed to simplify circuit implementation while maintaining state-of-the-art accuracy. Over ±12-A range, exhibits 0.35% gain error -40 °C 85 with 3× better power efficiency.

This paper presents a 15-bit ΔΣ ADC with 10kHz-BW which can handle 30V CM voltages high AC CMRR (in excess of 115dB at 10kHz) while operating from 1.8 V supply.
