To solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately identify rotor eccentric fault, demagnetization fault and hybrid of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with slot pole ratio 3/2 several times it, this paper proposes method based on combination branch current analysis machine learning algorithm. First, electrical signal PMSM after various types faults shows there are differences in time domain three faults. Considering symmetry structure slot-pole its integer multiples, changes...

To address such challenges as an uncertain number of demagnetization poles the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and cases in which fault cannot be located, this paper proposes a identification location methodology based on analysis stator current. First, influence irreversible magnets analytical model back electromotive force (Back-EMF) rotor single slot is analyzed. Moreover, considering topology motor, phase current branch Since currents diagnose partial faults PMSM with some...

To solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately identify rotor eccentric fault, demagnetization fault and mixed of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with slot pole ratio 3/2 several times it, this paper proposes a method based on combination branch current analysis machine learning algorithm. First, in paper, we select stator fluctuation time domain without mutual cancellation as feature classification. Secondly, after signal preprocessing, factors are extracted large...

The uneven electromagnetic force inside the motor is main cause of vibration and acoustic noise PMSM (PMSM).To study problem increased caused by variations in radial density a partial demagnetization fault PMSM, finite element method (FEM) used to flux waves on stator surface 4-pole 24-slot embedded PMSM. changes waveform harmonic order are analyzed when partially demagnetized. measurement results show that fundamental wave amplitude increases, fractional harmonics appear, with increase grade.
