Fahr's disease is a rare neurodegenerative disorder first described by Karl Theodor in 1930, defined abnormal calcified deposits the basal ganglia and cerebral cortex. commonly affects young to middle-aged adults with various clinical presentations, including endocrinologic, dermatologic, neurologic problems, extrapyramidal symptoms being most common manifestation.
