Cobalt-doped iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared by solution combustion technique. The structural and magnetic properties of the samples also investigated. average crystallite size cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanoparticle was calculated using Scherrer equation, it found to be 16±5 nm. particle measured transmission electron microscope. This value match with equation corresponding prominent intensity peak (311) X-ray diffraction. high-resolution microscope image shows clear lattice fringes...
The size and phase of bismuth telluride nanocrystals were tailored using a sintering process, to enhance their thermoelectric properties.
