ABSTRACT Introduction: Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) harbors the risk intraoperative obturator jerks in lateral wall tumors due to nerve stimulation, resulting perforation. This study aims compare safety and efficacy ultrasound-guided proximal block (PONB) with regional anesthesia (RA) versus general (GA) during bipolar TURBT. Methods: prospective observational enrolled 131 patients or posterolateral over 1.5 years. Patients were divided into two groups: Group I received...

Objectives Transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), or urothelial carcinoma, represents the predominant histological type of bladder cancer. While majority TCC cases are characterized by conventional features, a significant subset exhibits variant histologies, such as focal squamous differentiation (SD). This is clinically noteworthy, given its association with more aggressive disease behavior and potential resistance to standard therapies, particularly intravesical Bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG)...

Ferromagnetic insulators (FMIs) have widespread applications in microwave devices, magnetic tunneling junctions, and dissipationless electronic quantum-spintronic devices. However, the sparsity of available high-temperature FMIs has led to quest for a robust controllable insulating ferromagnetic state. Here, we present compelling evidence modulation ground state SrCoO2.5 (SCO) thin film via strain engineering. The SCO system is an antiferromagnetic insulator with Neel temperature, TN, ∼550...

The coupling between the oxygen stoichiometry and strain-induced lattice distortions has huge bearings on electronic magnetic properties of $\mathrm{Sr}\mathrm{Mn}{\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ (SMO). In this paper we have observed stoichiometry-mediated epitaxial tetragonal to nonepitaxial-oriented hexagonal topotactic phase transition thin film $\mathrm{SrTi}{\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ (100) substrate. stoichiometric SMO films are oriented in nature, while oxygen-deficient epitaxially strained...
