Metastasis of chondrosarcoma skeletal origin to the heart is uncommonly reported in literature, with majority cases involving right atrial metastases. Surgical resection remains mainstay treatment, and literature has shown improved median survival this form therapy, possibly by reducing thromboembolic risk patient population. We report case a metastatic mesenchymal left atrium who underwent resection, following lack response anticoagulation therapy. This first surgical disease prior onset sequelae.
