It is presented case report of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (Wermer’s syndrome). This syndrome characterized by a large variability clinical manifestations. Актуальность. Контроль кислородного статуса коры головного мозга до, во время и после различных хирургических операций – важная задача анестезиологии, хирургии неврологии.
