Apatite thin films of calcium phosphate were successfully prepared by rf‐magnetron sputtering, followed postannealing, from glass targets with Ca/P atomic ratios 0.6 to 0.75, much lower than the stoichio‐metric value 1.67 for hydroxyapatite. Using low 0.65 0.25, tricalcium and pyrocalcium obtained. The formation these phosphates phases was attributed phosphorus oxide losses during sputtering. With this topological charge is stabilized along hybrid Monte Carlo updates compared standard Wilson action. The quark potential and renormalized coupling constant are good agreement with results obtained also investigate low-lying eigenvalue distribution of hermitian Wilson-Dirac operator, which relevant for construction overlap-Dirac operator.
