In a cross-sectional study, the activity, electrophoretic mobility and genotypes of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) were determined among healthy, UAE national school boys from Al-Ain District in United Arab Emirates. The prevalence G6PD deficiency this population sample was 11%. majority G6PD-deficient subjects descendants Omani, Baluchi or Yemeni migrants. Of 18 deficient subjects, 16 had an enzyme activity < 10% normal while 2 just above 10%. Electrophoresis performed on 166...

Helicobacter pylori, previously known as Campylobacter is a gram-negative, microaerophilic, spiral (helical), multi-flagellated bacterium usually found in the stomach, horses, calves, pigs, rabbits, and chickens were evaluated for presence, the pathogenetic effect on their gastric mucosa. Therefore our study, fifty lavage fecal samples collected from diseased horses application of Lateral Flow PCR assays detection species. Positive results confirmed only by which revealed that twelve...

Coumarins, an old class of compounds, are naturally occurring benzopyrene derivatives. A lot coumarins have been identified from both natural and synthetic sources. Coumarins recently attracted intense interest because their diverse pharmacological properties. However cytotoxicity accumulation in the environment become a controversial limiting issue. Biodegradation seems as attractive solution to reduce toxicity or promote safer derivatives for medical applications. In our study, coumarin...
