他者からの肯定的評価への恐れは,社交不安症の認知的特徴である。本研究の目的はFear of Positive Evaluation Scale(FPES)日本語版の信頼性と妥当性を検討することであった。対象者は324名の大学生であった。確認的因子分析の結果,原版と同様に8項目1因子構造が確認された。また,内的整合性と5週間の再検査信頼性は原版と同様に高いことが示された。妥当性を確認するために,他者からの否定的評価への恐れ,および対人交流への不安との関連性を検討した。その結果,予測された関連性が確認された。第一に,対人交流への不安,他者からの否定的評価への恐れとの間に正の相関が認められた。第二に,他者からの否定的評価への恐れを統制した場合に対人交流への不安を予測した。したがって,FPES日本語版の信頼性と妥当性が確認され,その有用性が議論された。

Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale日本語短縮版(SFNE)はFNEを測定する1因子構造の尺度である。しかし近年の研究においてSFNEが順向項目因子と逆転項目因子の2因子から構成される尺度である可能性が報告された。本研究ではWeb調査を通して参加した一般成人500名と大学生・専門学校生82名を対象に,SFNEの因子構造,信頼性および妥当性を検討した。探索的因子分析の結果,8項目からなる順向項目因子と4項目からなる逆転項目因子の2因子が抽出された。各因子の内的整合性と再検査信頼性は十分に高かった。逆転項目因子と比較して,順向項目因子の方が高い妥当性を有していた。本結果は逆転項目因子に比べ順向項目因子の方がFNEを正確に測定していることを示しており,FNEの測定においてはSFNEの順向項目因子を使用することが推奨される。本結果の意義と本研究の課題について検討した。

本研究の目的は,Saving Inventory-Revised(SI-R)日本語版を開発し,ためこみ傾向を有する日本の青年の臨床的特徴について検討することであった。調査対象は365名の大学生・専門学校生であった。確認的因子分析の結果,SI-R日本語版は3因子構造であることが示された。内的整合性,再検査信頼性,妥当性ともに十分な値が示された。SI-R日本語版の合計得点について,欧米のカットオフ値である41点を基準としてためこみ傾向群と非傾向群に分け群間比較を行った結果,写真評価による自宅の散らかりの程度,強迫症状,特性不安,抑うつ,および機能障害において,ためこみ傾向群のほうが非傾向群よりも有意に高い得点を示した。以上のことから,ためこみ傾向を有する日本の青年の臨床的特徴が示された。
