Results obtained with 3D columnar pixel sensors bump-bonded to the RD53A prototype readout chip are reported. The interconnected modules have been tested in a hadron beam before and after irradiation fluence of about 1×1016 neq cm−2 (1 MeV equivalent neutrons). All presented results part CMS R&D activities view detector upgrade for High Luminosity phase LHC at CERN (HL-LHC) . A preliminary analysis collected data shows hit detection efficiencies around 97% measured proton irradiation.

Due to the large expected instantaneous luminosity, future HL-LHC upgrade sets strong requirements on radiation hardness of CMS detector Inner Tracker. Sensors based 3D pixel technology, with its superior tolerance, comply these extreme conditions. A full study and characterization pixelated sensors fabricated by FBK is presented here. The were bump-bonded RD53A readout chips measured at several CERN SPS test beams. Results charge collection efficiency, for both non-irradiated irradiated up...

The proton-proton collisions at LHC energies reveals important new phenomena observed in heavy ions and not completely understood small systems. Different approaches techniques have been implemented to study those processes, but still the details of underlying event, which correspond certain level soft processes remains unknown. Here we present a using event shape variable sphericity for identified particles combined with multiplicity bins. results allow us get features collisions, could be...
