Após a descoberta do vírus Sars-Cov-2 e sua alta letalidade principalmente em pessoas idosas, o objetivo deste estudo foi descrever as ações específicas para barrar transmissão desse uma Instituição de Longa Permanência Idosos (ILPI), por meio um descritivo, observacional, gestão, através plano ação com alteração no fluxo idosos residentes, colaboradores familiares. Foi possível concluir que todas essas medidas tomadas forma antecipada puderam reduzir até mesmo dentro da instituição.
