Abstract Background Plant architecture associated with increased grain yield and adaptation to the local environments is selected during wheat ( Triticum aestivum ) breeding. The internode length of individual stems tiller plants are important for determination plant architecture. However, few studies have explored genetic basis these traits. Results Here, we conduct a genome-wide association study (GWAS) dissect geographical differentiation traits in 306 worldwide accessions including both...
Large-scale genotype-phenotype association studies of crop germplasm are important for identifying alleles associated with favorable traits. The limited number single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in most wheat genome-wide (GWASs) restricts their power to detect marker-trait associations. Additionally, only a few genes regulating grain per spikelet have been reported due sensitivity this trait variable environments. We perform large-scale GWAS using approximately 40 million filtered SNPs 27...
This paper investigates the geometric consistency for monocular 3D object detection, which suffers from ill-posed depth estimation. We first conduct a thorough analysis to reveal how existing methods fail consistently localize objects when different shifts occur. In particular, we design series of manipulations diagnose detectors and then illustrate their vulnerability associate with apparent sizes positions. To alleviate this issue, propose four geometry-aware data augmentation approaches...
Abstract Aims The genic male sterility (GMS) system is an important strategy for generating heterosis in plants. To better understand the essential role of lipid and sugar metabolism to identify additional candidates pollen development sterility, transcriptome metabolome analysis a GMS line 1205AB B. napus was used as case study. Data resources generated characterize system, profiles were 24 samples 48 , respectively. Transcriptome yielded total 156.52 Gb clean data revealed expression...
Some haplotypes of the sucrose synthase gene TaSus1 are associated with thousand-grain weight (TGW) in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). However, no mutations have been identified within to test this association. The effects on grain number per spike (GNS) also largely unknown. Our previous genome-wide association study TaSus-A1 as a candidate controlling fertile spikelet (FSN). In present study, we generated two independent mutants for three homoeologs by CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing....
Brassica juncea is used as a condiment, vegetables and an oilseed crop, especially in semiarid areas. In the present study, we constructed genetic map using one recombinant inbred line (RIL) of B. juncea. A total 304 ILP (intron length polymorphism) markers were mapped to 18 linkage groups designated LG01-LG18 The covered 1671.13 cM with average marker interval 5.50 cM. QTLs for 2-propenyl glucosinolates (GSLs) colocalized 3-butenyl GSLs between At1g26180 BnapPIP1580 on LG08 field...
Neural implicit surface representation methods show impressive reconstruction results but struggle to handle texture-less planar regions that widely exist in indoor scenes. Existing approaches addressing this leverage image prior requires assistive networks trained with large-scale annotated datasets. In work, we introduce a self-supervised super-plane constraint by exploring the free geometry cues from predicted surface, which can further regularize of plane without any other ground truth...

Over the past century, environmental changes have significantly impacted wheat spike morphology, crucial for adaptation and grain yield. However, in modifications during this period remain largely unknown. This study examines 16 morphology traits 830 accessions released from 1900 to 2020. It finds that weight, number per (GN), thousand kernel weight increased, while length has no significant change. The increase fertile spikelets is due fewer degenerated spikelets, resulting a higher GN....
We introduce NoPoSplat, a feed-forward model capable of reconstructing 3D scenes parameterized by Gaussians from \textit{unposed} sparse multi-view images. Our model, trained exclusively with photometric loss, achieves real-time Gaussian reconstruction during inference. To eliminate the need for accurate pose input reconstruction, we anchor one view's local camera coordinates as canonical space and train network to predict primitives all views within this space. This approach obviates...
We present GEM, a Generalizable Ego-vision Multimodal world model that predicts future frames using reference frame, sparse features, human poses, and ego-trajectories. Hence, our has precise control over object dynamics, ego-agent motion poses. GEM generates paired RGB depth outputs for richer spatial understanding. introduce autoregressive noise schedules to enable stable long-horizon generations. Our dataset is comprised of 4000+ hours multimodal data across domains like autonomous...
This paper outlines a framework of practicable scheme to facilitate algorithm trading securities. The proposed is capable intelligently identify, analyze, and implement the intrinsic directional changes in price movement stock market. An overall qualitative assessment provided together with survey existing theoretical empirical foundations towards success such an algorithm. Potential loopholes roadmap for further improvement are suggested.
Abstract Background Anthocyanins are the main pigments in leaves, flowers and fruits, performing diverse biological functions plants exhibiting benefits for human health. The purple-leaved accession of B. carinata was used to study biosynthetic mechanism anthocyanins this study. To elucidate mechanisms anthocyanin accumulation line, we employed a proteomic approach based on an isobaric tags relative absolute quantification (iTRAQ)-based technique investigate protein expression profile line...
The current popular two-stream, two-stage tracking framework extracts the template and search region features separately then performs relation modeling, thus extracted lack awareness of target have limited target-background discriminability. To tackle above issue, we propose a novel one-stream (OSTrack) that unifies feature learning modeling by bridging template-search image pairs with bidirectional information flows. In this way, discriminative target-oriented can be dynamically mutual...
In this paper, a semi-active limiter in the 6~18GHz frequency band is designed. The adopts two-stage cascade design. front-stage uses silicon-based diode to ensure power capacity of entire circuit. final-stage GaAs increase isolation and fast response speed. miniaturized broadband coupler optimized by simulation, coupling function realized smaller size. Finally, tolerance capability analyzed, thermal distribution simulated software.
Abstract Multiparent advanced generation intercross (MAGIC) populations have recently been developed to allow the high-resolution mapping of complex quantitative traits. This article describes development one MAGIC population and verifies its potential application for trait loci (QTLs) in B. juncea . The was from eight founders with diverse traits composed 408 F 6 recombinant inbred lines (RILs). To develop rapid simplified way using population, a subset 133 RILs as primary were genotyped...
