We report the longitudinal case study of a right-handed patient harboring two frontal tumors that benefited from bilateral simultaneous surgery. We present the case of a ten day old boy with cervicodorsal intramedullary lipoma. The initial clinical presentation was rapidly progressing unilateral brachial paralysis.
