Collaborative filtering (CF) aims to produce user specific recommendations based on other users' ratings of items. Most existing CF methods rely only overall items, ignoring the variety opinions users may have towards different aspects Using movie domain as a case study, we propose framework that is able capture from textual reviews, and use information improve effectiveness CF. This has two components, an opinion mining component rating inference component. The former extracts summarizes...

Given a first-order sentence ? and domain size n, how can one sample model of on the {1, . , n} efficiently as n scales? We consider two variants this problem: uniform sampling regime, in which goal is to uniformly at random, symmetric weighted models are according number groundings each predicate appearing them. Solutions problem have applications scalable generation combinatorial structures, well several statistical-relational such Markov logic networks probabilistic programs. In paper, we...

We report a case 47-year-old woman who presented with small bowel obstruction by pedunculated mass that was found to be after resection. A left incidentally computed tomographic scan, diagnosis confirmed second surgery. The cardiac showed classic histologic features, cells layered around vascular channels an abundant myxoid...

Network embedding, also known as graph representation, is a classical topic in data mining. It has been widely used real-world network applications such node classification and community detection. However, it remains open to find method that scalable preserves both structure content information. Based on generative adversarial networks, we propose an unsupervised embedding framework NEGAN, which featured by combining topology content. In nodes are mapped the target space highly flexible...

Image segmentation is critical in medical image processing for lesion detection, localisation, and subsequent diagnosis. Currently, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) has played a significant role improving diagnostic efficiency accuracy. The task made more difficult by the hazy boundaries uneven forms. Because standard convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are incapable of capturing global contextual information, adequate results impossible to achieve. We propose multiscale feature fusion...

The Weighted First-Order Model Counting Problem (WFOMC) asks to compute the weighted sum of models a given first-order logic sentence over domain. It can be solved in time polynomial domain size for sentences from two-variable fragment with counting quantifiers, known as $C^2$. This polynomial-time complexity is also retained when extending $C^2$ by one following axioms: linear order axiom, tree forest directed acyclic graph axiom or connectedness axiom. An interesting question remains which...
