In this paper, an algorithm based on local binary pattern (LBP) is proposed to obtain clear remote sensing images under the premise of unknown causes blurring. We find that LBP can completely record texture features images, which will not change widely due generation blur. Therefore, prior proposed, filter out pixels containing important textures in blurry image through mapping relationship. The corresponding processing methods are adopted for different types cope with challenges brought by...

The remote sensing imaging environment is complex, in which many factors cause image blur. Thus, without prior knowledge, the restoration model established to obtain clear images can only rely on observed blurry images. We still build with extreme pixels but no longer traverse all pixels, such as channels. features are extracted units of patches, segmented from an and partially overlap each other. In this paper, we design a new prior, i.e., overlapped patches’ non-linear (OPNL) derived ratio...

In order to obtain high-quality images, the application of low-illumination image enhancement techniques plays a vital role in enhancing overall visual appeal. However, it is particularly difficult enhance an while maintaining original information scene. The augmentation method based on Retinex theory widely considered as one representative for such problems, but this still has some limitations. First all, noise easily ignored process model building, and robustness needs be improved....

Abstract Accurate and robust interference detection ray‐tracing of subdivision surfaces requires safe linear approximations. Approximation the limit surface by subdivided control polyhedron can be both inaccurate and, due to exponential growth number facets, costly. This paper shows how a standard intersection hierarchy, such as an OBB tree, made efficient for detection. The key is construct, on fly, optimally placed whose spherical offsets tightly enclose surface. spherically offset facets...

Characterizing the linear and local independence of functions that span a space is key task if to be used computationally. Given control net, spanning one spatial coordinate generalized subdivision surface are called nodal functions. They limit, under subdivision, associating value with net node zero all others. No characterization has been published date, even for two most popular algorithms, Catmull–Clark Loop's subdivision. This paper provides road map verification It proves conjectured...

Stripe noise is a common condition that has considerable impact on the quality of images. Therefore, stripe removal (destriping) tremendously important step in image processing. Since existing destriping models cause different degrees ripple effects, this paper new model, based total variation (TV) regularization, global low rank and directional sparsity constraints, proposed for vertical stripes. TV regularization used to preserve details, are constrain noise. The structural characteristics...

Free electron laser (FEL) is a high-quality source with wavelengths ranging from short-wave X-ray to long-wave infrared ray. Extreme ultra-violet (EUV) radiation at <i>λ</i> = 13.5 nm emitted by FEL can be used in manufacturing integrated circuit, such as EUV lithography exposure and mask defect inspection. However, the high spatial coherence characteristics similar Gauss intensity profile distribution of has negative effect on imaging, cannot meet requirements imaging...

Dynamic gas lock (DGL) is an important technology for contamination control of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. DGL prevents diffusion from the dirty compartment into clean one and allows passage EUV light between compartments. A number structures have been proposed scanners. Molybdenum–rhenium (Mo/Re) alloys were investigated as substrates for thin-film, polycrystalline boron-doped diamond electrodes. Boron-doped semimetallic was deposited on Mo-Re (42.5/57.5 wt. %) by hot filament chemical vapor deposition method with a periodic magnetic field (PMF). Cyclic voltammograms showed the wide window and low baseline current of high-quality boron doped Overall, Mo/Re suitable growth. PMF may have great practical application potential in growth deposition.
